This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your use of SugarHut.club ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). You must accept this Agreement to use the Platform and to become a Member.

For the purposes of this Agreement, "Member" means any person who provides information to us on the Platform to participate in the Service, whether as a free member or a paid subscriber.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. Any modifications will be posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement incorporates our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and any other terms disclosed and agreed to by you in connection with specific features, billing, or promotions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• You have never been convicted of a sexual offence and are not required to register on any sex offender register maintained by any government entity.
• You will use the Platform only in a manner consistent with this Agreement and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you access it.

Registration for, and use of, the Service are void where prohibited by law.

All terms of this Agreement remain in full force and effect while you use the Platform and/or are a Member.

You may terminate your membership at any time by deleting your account via Settings. If you deactivate your account, we may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes, record-keeping integrity, fraud prevention, and as otherwise required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your membership at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or for any reason at our sole discretion.

No refunds will be issued for unused credits or subscription fees upon termination, whether initiated by you or by us, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

The Platform is for personal use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited. Prohibited commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

• Advertising or soliciting users to buy or sell products or services not offered by SugarHut.club.
• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data or content by any means.
• Sending unsolicited messages, spam, or bulk communications.
• Seeking leads or customer information for any business purpose.
• Any press, media, or PR activity not authorised by us in writing.

Organisations, companies, and other entities that are not individual persons may not become Members and may not use the Platform for any purpose.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Your username is permanent and cannot be changed once set.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sugarhut.club if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

You may not create more than one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade suspension or for any other reason will result in permanent termination of all accounts.

Providers (Sugar Daddies, Sugar Mamas, Glucose Guardians) purchase credits to initiate conversations, unlock private galleries, and access premium features.

Beneficiaries (Sugar Babies) may use most features at no cost. Beneficiaries do not purchase or hold credits.

Membership type is selected at registration and reflects how you intend to use the Platform.

Credits are a virtual in-platform currency available to Providers only. Credits are purchased with real money and have no cash value outside the Platform.

All payments are processed in USD. Any local currency prices displayed are approximate conversions for reference only.

Credits are non-refundable once purchased or spent, except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (including EU/EEA consumer rights where applicable).

SugarHut.club is not a party to any financial arrangements, allowances, or gifts negotiated and executed between members. We accept no responsibility for such transactions.

We reserve the right to change credit prices and the cost of features at any time. Changes will be communicated on the Platform before taking effect.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Post, share, or request content involving minors in any sexual or suggestive context.
• Upload AI-generated or fake profile photos or media presented as genuine.
• Include personal contact details (phone numbers, social handles, email addresses, messaging app IDs) in public profile fields or public galleries.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, bully, or intimidate other members.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, age, or gender.
• Attempt to circumvent or abuse the Platform's credit or payment systems.
• Use the Platform in connection with escorting, prostitution, human trafficking, or any other illegal activity.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful or disruptive code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our written permission.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All profile text and uploaded media is subject to automated and manual moderation. Content found to violate our policies will be removed and may result in account suspension or termination.

Public galleries must not contain nudity. Private galleries may contain adult content provided all depicted parties are verified adults and the content is legal in both the jurisdiction where it was created and where it is viewed.

We are not liable for user-generated content but reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion without prior notice.

If you encounter content you believe violates these Terms, please report it using the in-app reporting feature or contact safety@sugarhut.club.

Members have the option to verify their identity via facial biometric and ID document scan. Verified status is displayed on your profile as a trust indicator.

Verification documents and biometric data are encrypted, processed solely for identity confirmation, and are never displayed on your profile or shared with other members.

Verification does not constitute an endorsement of any member by SugarHut.club.

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully.

Your private email address is never displayed publicly and is used solely for account notifications and security communications.

We process your data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the UK GDPR and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation. For EU/EEA users, additional rights apply as set out in our Privacy Policy.

All Platform design, code, branding, trademarks, and content produced by SugarHut.club is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without our prior written permission.

By uploading content to the Platform, you grant SugarHut.club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content within the Platform solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

SugarHut.club is a platform that facilitates connections between adults. We do not conduct criminal background checks on members and make no representations as to the character, identity, or intentions of any member.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, both on and off the Platform. We strongly encourage you to exercise caution and good judgment in all interactions. Never share financial details or send money outside of the Platform's systems.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SugarHut.club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SugarHut.club, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your use of the Platform; (ii) your breach of this Agreement; (iii) your content; or (iv) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

For EU/EEA residents, nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

We encourage you to contact us in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence if required by applicable law.

EU residents may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SugarHut.club with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements.

We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement at any time. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
