**어떻게 하나요** 짧고 직접적이며 친근한 메시지로 충분합니다. "함께한 시간을 즐겼지만 이제 다른 길을 가야 할 것 같습니다"가 완전히 적절합니다.

**하면 안 되는 것** 아무 말 없이 사라지기(ghosting) — 명확한 마무리가 항상 더 좋습니다.
