Ve a Configuración y haz clic en "Iniciar Verificación". Completarás un escaneo biométrico facial y subirás un documento de identidad. Una vez verificado, recibirás una insignia de escudo verde que aumenta significativamente tu visibilidad y confianza.

¿Cómo oculto mi perfil de la búsqueda? 

Ve a Configuración y activa "Ocultar Mi Perfil". Tu perfil será invisible en los resultados de búsqueda, pero podrás enviar y recibir mensajes en conversaciones existentes.

¿Puedo cambiar mi nombre de usuario? 

Los nombres de usuario se establecen durante la creación del perfil y no se pueden cambiar después. ¡Elige cuidadosamente al registrarte!

¿Cómo elimino mi cuenta? 

Ve a Configuración > "Eliminar Mi Perfil Permanentemente". Escribe DELETE para confirmar. Esto es irreversible — todos tus mensajes, matches y datos se eliminarán permanentemente.

Olvidé mi contraseña. ¿Qué hago? 

En la página de inicio de sesión, haz clic en "Olvidé mi contraseña" e ingresa tu correo. Recibirás un enlace para restablecer tu contraseña.

¿Puedo cambiar mi dirección de correo electrónico?

Nuestro equipo de moderación revisa el informe. Si se confirma una infracción, se tomará acción que puede ir desde una advertencia hasta una suspensión permanente.

¿Está segura mi información personal? 

Sí. Los documentos de verificación están encriptados y nunca se muestran públicamente. Tu dirección de correo es privada y no visible para otros miembros.

¿Qué contenido no está permitido en la plataforma? 

No permitimos: desnudez en galerías públicas, imágenes de perfil falsas generadas por IA, contenido que involucre menores, datos de contacto externos en perfiles o imágenes, discurso de odio o contenido ilegal.

¿Puede alguien ver que visité su perfil? 

Sí. Las visitas al perfil se registran y son visibles para el propietario del perfil en su sección de Likes y Vistas.

Sí. Puedes compartir fotos y vídeos en tus conversaciones. Todos los medios se verifican para cumplir con nuestras normas.

¿Hay función de videollamada? 

Sí. Necesitas haber intercambiado un mínimo de 3 mensajes con un miembro antes de poder hacer una videollamada.

¿Caducan los mensajes? 

Sí. Los mensajes se eliminan automáticamente después de 90 días para proteger tu privacidad.

## Perfil y Visibilidad

¿Por qué mi perfil no aparece en la búsqueda? 

Comprueba que hayas subido una foto de perfil y que "Ocultar Mi Perfil" esté desactivado en Configuración.

¿Cómo me verifico?

¿Qué es el estatus de Miembro Fundador?

Puedes ocultar tu cuenta indefinidamente, o usar el "Modo Sigiloso" en Configuración para ocultar tu perfil durante 24 horas mientras sigues navegando.
