Media: photos and videos you upload to your public or private gallery.

Messages: content of messages sent between members on the Platform.

Payment data: payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment providers. We store only the outcome (credits purchased, amount in USD) and do not store card details.

Usage data: profile views, likes, activity timestamps, device/browser type, IP address, and general usage patterns for security and analytics purposes.

Preferences: notification settings, language preference, display currency, distance unit.

• To verify your identity and age as required by our Terms.
• To process credit purchases and record transactions.
• To send email notifications you have opted into (new messages, matches, new members nearby).

The following information is visible to other logged-in members: username, profile photos, about section, one-liner, city, physical attributes, arrangement preferences, online status, and public gallery.

Your email address is private and never shown to other members.

Your date of birth is used to calculate and display your age — your full birth date is not displayed.

Verification documents and biometric data are never displayed on your profile.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active.

When you permanently delete your profile, your data (messages, matches, credits, media) is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Verification records may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable law.

Transaction records are retained for up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate data (most profile data can be updated directly in-app).
• Erase your data (delete your account in Settings).
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Data portability — request an export of your data.
• Withdraw consent for notification emails at any time in Settings.

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session, preferences (language, currency, distance unit), and security tokens.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive data, and access controls limiting who can view personal data internally.

Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

SugarHut.club is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will immediately delete their account and data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
